I am a 'think outside of the box' generalist psychologist that strives to aid individuals in achieving their goals and an overall sense of mental wellness. I am devoted to delivering evidence-based treatments, which are well-researched treatments, demonstrated to be effective in treating specific conditions. I primarily practice cognitive-behavior therapy, which focuses on making active changes to the thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors that contribute to individual struggles. It is my goal as a professional to 'meet you where you are at' and tailor treatment to best address your needs.
My broad educational and training experiences have given me the opportunity to serve a wide array of individuals with diverse therapeutic concerns. While I am a generalist, I have a particular interest in working with individuals and couples dealing with issues related to: healthy relationships, sexuality, and gender identity concerns.
As an extension of my focus on healthy relationships and sexuality, I also work a great deal with issues specific to men, male identity, and masculinity.
