I can offer this opportunity for you to explore yourself & possible changes in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, & welcoming environment. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, which means YOU are the expert and we work together to offer you healing. I am happy to provide letters for gender affirming surgeries for Trans/GNC folx.
I am queer, AuDHD, non-binary/Transmasc, and a parent of 2. I offer individual therapy and specialize in trauma/PTSD, gender identity, and managing relationships. I have experience working with: LGBTQIA+, sex workers, body positive/HAES, neurodivergent, ADHD/ASD, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, sex/kink positive, Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing.
The practice that I am a part of has a holistic approach to therapy. We focus on the person as a whole and not just the challenge that brings you to treatment. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic work, movement, and other techniques into the therapy sessions. I am also skilled in working with the deaf population and am fluent in American Sign Language.

Groups
Neurospicy Queers
8 week VIRTUAL psychoeducation and process group group for neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD) and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Each week we will have a different topic to discuss and process. Individuals can explore their own identity and increase their understanding of being neurodivergent and queer. This group is run by G Hoffer (they/them) & Sarah Arend (they/them), who are both queer and neurodivergent. Please contact me for details or if interested. The group will be held on the following days: February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, March 4th, 11th, 25th, and April 1st.
