People struggle with creating ideal relationships. Sometimes long term relationships can grow stale and you need help nurturing them. Therapy will help you to be more aware of maladaptive patterns in relationships. You can have fulfilling romantic relationships that make life more satisfying.
I think holistically and collaborate often with other providers to optimize care. My theoretical approach is integrative, which means that I rely on science-based interventions as well as interpersonal approaches to therapy. This allows me to modify interventions based on your individual needs.
