Are you struggling with a life transition, perhaps facing a divorce or separation? If you have children, you may be wondering if they are going to be OK, especially if you do not feel like you are OK. Children are impacted emotionally by the same events that impact adults, but they process them differently. I have worked with a variety of clients- ranging from very young children to adults and couples. I have extensive training and experience in trauma - both childhood trauma and adult trauma. I am a certified Trauma therapist (CTT) and am certified in EMDR therapy.

I am currently doing telehealth sessions only, so while I will work with parents of young children, I am not meeting directly with children under the age of 10. With adult clients- I work with such issues as addiction, divorce, anxiety, depression, loss and adjustment to life transitions.

I also enjoy working with couples, helping them to explore the core needs and vulnerabilities that have led them to a place of pain and conflict and helping them understand how knowing their core value can lead them to a place of healing and restoration in their marriage.
