From a young age, I navigated a highly sexualized world, marked by traumatic experiences that profoundly impacted my life. Five individuals, entrusted with my trust, left scars that ran deep. I understand the complexities of sexual addiction, trauma, and the pursuit of an elusive perfection. My struggle with sexual addiction and a relentless drive for perfection led me down a treacherous path.
But it was at rock bottom that I found the strength to ascend. I realized that the road to self-redemption lay in giving back to others. Today, I am proud to continue my journey at Courageous Steps, where I bring my expertise in sexual addiction therapy, trauma recovery, and mental health counseling to the vibrant community of Columbia, SC.

Most approaches to sexual integrity involve accountability and lust management, but these approaches often fail to guide you to the freedom you desire. We believe there is another approach. This series blends the innovative research of the book Unwanted with the dual-genre impact of the feature film "The Heart of Man" into a unique journey for those struggling with unwanted sexual behavior. Over 4-5 months you will discover how your sexual brokenness formed, why it's been so difficult to get out, and discover your unique path to freedom. Closed Groups. Individual therapy is required to join a group.
