I currently do not have new patient openings. I will update as I they come open. The decision to enter therapy, (perhaps for the first time) can be a watershed moment. The person you choose to go with you on that journey should match with who you are. I have sat with many people/families in my 20+ years in private practice. I believe in actively working with my clients so that they can reach their goals. I often give homework outside the sessions. I believe that your journey can be moving more than just within the time spent in session.
I work with individuals, children, teens, and families. Individuals have presented with mood disturbance, relationship issues, job difficulties etc. Families have come for help with transitions such as divorce, a geographic move, behavior problems, ADHD, etc. Teens come with social concerns, academic difficulties, mood issues, transition after High School etc.
I can also address trauma issues. Trauma happens in everyone's lives, sometimes big, sometimes small. One of the techniques I use is called Life Span Integration (www.lifespanintegration.com). I have been using it for 15 years and have found effective long lasting changes for clients lives.
