I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. In addition, I can integrate the Christian/Catholic faith with counseling approaches. Your faith can be very beneficial for your recovery.
