Live Free represents our mission statement. It can be difficult to continue daily activities when we constantly worry about the future, dwell on our past and struggle with managing current stressors. Our passion in life is to help others live their life by having more control of one's thoughts, feelings, and physical well-being. We do this by providing support and using techniques such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
Live Free Therapy consists of professional and empathetic therapists who have a variety of specialities and styles.
