Are you feeling stuck? Often we get trapped in old patterns and habits that once worked for us but no longer do. My goal is to provide a place where you feel safe, understood, and respected. We will work together to explore and identify the areas of your life that you would like to understand better and develop plans to help you reach your goals. I have extensive experience with trauma, anxiety (including school, social anxiety, phobias and OCD) depression, stress management and parenting, among others. I offer children, teens and adults a non-judgmental place to come speak confidentially.
I have seen my clients find success with my treatment approaches combining CBT, mindfulness and a psychodynamic oriented approach. I also am trained in EMDR. Together they provide a deeper self awareness and understanding of the way our experiences have shaped us and our view of our world. Having that knowledge is transformative and empowering.
My experience as a clinician has led me to have a fuller understanding of how our past can impact us despite our best attempts to move forward. I use this experience to help you figure out where you feel stuck in your healing. We then find a path forward utilizing treatment approaches that are both evidence based and the right fit for you.
