The 38 years that I have worked in this field has been a challenging and growth filled time and I continue to enjoy the process of helping others find their greatest potential.
I have worked with addiction/substance abuse and anxiety/depression issues as a primary part of my practice for many years. This has included utilizing different approaches and supporting client's efforts at change by assisting them in finding what works best for their recovery.
Having worked in the field for years, my clients have educated me and contributed to my improvement as a therapist in understanding their concerns. Personal experiences, as well, have increased my connection to those experiences and helped me in addressing client concerns in a positive and compassionate manner.
