My passion is meeting and working with you. I want to walk with you, understand your life and be a support when your life feels like a struggle. I consider myself a holistic practitioner and have been trained in various therapies as well as experienced many aspects of life. My path has included working with military sexual trauma, combat trauma, chronic pain, addictions, family conflict, depression, bi-polar, personality disorders, just to name a few.
I interned with torture survivors in Bosnia, worked with veterans and then adolescents in residential treatment centers. Understanding families and how they can support themselves in healing was a important part of my initial work. I expanded my practice to include people surviving homelessness, addictions, trauma and chronic pain.
I am direct and am focused on helping you heal while creating a better you. I consider it an honor to be a part of your journey and share your path.
