She uses CPT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Exposure, Acceptance & Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Self-Compassion Therapy to help clients reach their goals. Jessi also offers Somatic approaches of Yoga and Reiki. Jessi values compassion, openness, and working together in relationships with clients.
