I have extensive training and experience in working with trauma survivors and those who suffer with anxiety or depression. My approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness/awareness strategies, and trauma informed approaches. I welcome individuals who identify on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and those in open, poly, or kink relationships.

Virtual Sexual Abuse Group January 2024
This virtual group for female, female identifying, and gender nonconforming survivors of sexual abuse or assault meets weekly over a 10 week period. Group topics include discussions on common reactions to trauma, trust and relationships, sex and intimacy, body image, self-esteem, mindfulness strategies and coping skills. This is an affordable alternative or adjunct to individual therapy. An individual intake appointment is required for this group. All individual intake appointments will be conducted virtually.
