My job as a counselor would be to help this individual get to the underlying and causative factors which are causing the stress in their life and help this person overcome their stressors.
The services that I provide include providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. In addition, I provide psychotherapy for individuals who have depression, stress and anxiety related issues. I also provide crisis management for companies when critical incidents occur at their businesses.
