I am most helpful in aiding people to find their true voice, to live their lives more fully and authentically. It is true that living an authentic life, where one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are in synch, brings about lasting happiness. My job is to help facilitate that process.
I work with adults and young adults and couples who are seeking a richer life experience at home , in their relationships and at work. I conduct Teletherapy sessions only at this time. Teletherapy is convenient in terms of time management and an extremely effective mode of therapy
