My counseling approach is whole-person (exploring issues of the body, heart, and soul), narrative, client-centered and relationally-focused. I view the counseling process as a relationship that holds up a mirror for you, seeks your heart, encourages honesty and authenticity and invites you to more.
Much of the pain and struggle in our lives, as well as our comfort and joy, come through relationship. If our problems and pain come through relationship, it only makes sense that our healing comes through relationship as well.
