My specialty is RELATIONSHIP COACHING, seeing clients as couples as well as individually. I offer specific protocols for successful relationships especially designed for difficult situations, including betrayal. I have been practicing Clinical Psychology for 30+ years and have been with Brentwood Counseling Associates, the oldest psychological practice in this area, since 1988.
I see clients of all ages, starting from adolescence. Sub-specialties include: ADDICTIONS; ANXIETY; DEPRESSION; SPIRITUAL/RELIGIOUS ISSUES. HYPNOTHERAPY can be used for these problems, or for smoking cessation, weight issues, fear of flying and other phobias. I am a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Clients will find that my COACHING style is active and interactive, goal-oriented, supportive and focused. We work together to target your issues, understand them, and then devise strategies to improve your life. Specific tools are taught to enhance success and implement strategies to promote growth and positive change.
