In spite of the challenges we face in life, our inner strength and ability to heal stays with us. Since 1997, I have been helping families create happier lives by working with individuals to obtain mood stability, challenge distorted thoughts, and overcome maladaptive behaviors
In the past 15 years I have focused my practice on the treatment of Anxiety. 1 in 8 people suffer with anxiety. It affects children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. If left untreated the symptoms only worsen over time.

In some cases anxiety is curable, and in ALL cases anxiety is treatable.
My practice with adults focuses on the treatment of anxiety disorders, including OCD, social phobias, GAD, eating disorders and PTSD. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with adults, young adults and teenagers, and Play therapy with children.
My work with children involves a wrap around approach. I work with parents and involve the child's teacher and school social worker to develop a program that will quickly eliminate symptoms in the child and greatly improve his/her school, home, and social functioning.
