Others may seek psychotherapy to help themselves grow, deal with anger, or overcome patterns of behaviors or ways of being with others that don't work any more. Some people seek psychotherapy because someone close to them insisted they call me. I enjoy working with all of these presenting concerns.
I create a climate of mutual respect, emotional safety, and open communication, yet with enough challenge to help you make changes. I will help you articulate what you are thinking, feeling, and wanting in your current situation. I focus on obtaining the goals that you identify as important to you.
