We start with the science. My primary approaches update EMDR with more safety around trauma. We'll "wire in" wellbeing where you currently hold fears, sadness, anxiety, and self-judgment. Not a behavioral change to "remember," this is a self-reinforcing synaptic change. It just happens. You lose, or even forget, triggers. Life becomes easier.
