I provide a compassionate place to heal so that you can experience healthy relationships and find meaning and joy in life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I am certified in Couples Communication, Sex Addiction (CSAT), and Lifespan Integration - which helps to heal past wounds. I am also trained in EMDR, which is a clinically proven way to help people resolve trauma. I work with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues including infidelity, codependency, grief, trauma, and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. I also work with addictions (sex, chemicals & gambling) and Partners and families of addicted individuals.
I have a warm and compassionate style that promotes a safe atmosphere. My approach to counseling is a collaborative one. I believe the relationship between a client and counselor is an important part of the healing process, so I cultivate a relationship of trust where healing can occur.
I also have five other counselors who work in my practice. They specializes in marriage and family counseling, adolescents and teenagers, anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, anger management, addiction, sex addiction and infidelity.

This group teaches you how to cultivate a safe, secure relationship where you can overcome your unhealthy patterns that stem from the past and keep you from having the positive, loving relationship you want. This group combines attachment theory and couples communication in a very practical way. You will be given exercises to work on outside of group with your partner that will help your relationship heal. The group will only have 4 couples in it so everyone will have time to share and process their issues and what they are learning.

Sex Addiction Therapy Group

Group therapy is the treatment of choice for sex addiction. In this group, you will find a safe place to be honest with your story alongside others who share your difficulty. You will learn strategies to stop your compulsive behavior and begin to understand the deeper causes of your addiction. You will work through tasks that have been proven to get to the bottom of compulsive sexual behavior and teach new strategies to enable long-term sobriety. (This group is run by a male therapist who works in my practice).
