I work with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection and more fulfilling relationships. I am certified in Terry Real's "Relational Life Therapy" model and also use EMDR and mindfulness techniques to assist in trauma recovery. Along with my training and experience as a therapist, I bring 15 years of marriage and parenthood from which to draw.
I bring compassion, direct honesty, and a sense of humor into the counseling room. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. While my physical practice is based on the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado, I work online with clients around the world.
