Hello! What is bringing you to therapy? For many, it's feeling lost, confused, hurt and disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. We can come to feel lost and disconnected because of trauma or stress (either in this lifetime or in your lineage) that hasn’t been digested in our body/mind. It can happen from living in an increasingly lonely and disconnected world. I would like to support you in finding connection and meaning in life so you can experience satisfying relationships with yourself, friends, family and the natural world around you. I have 15 years of experience working with people on areas such as relationships, trauma, climate change, disconnection & avoidance, LGBTQIA+, polyamory & open relationships, cultural humility & curiosity, depression, anxiety and sexual intimacy. My approach to therapy uses eco-psychology, IFS, somatic and psychodynamic theory, among others.

Climate Change Emotional Group Process
A group space to connect around our shared climate grief and love for Nature so that we can find activation and momentum towards planetary well being. Group members support each other in facing and moving through the experience climate change apathy and powerlessness has created. In an increasingly lonely and disconnected world where apathy and avoidance are difficult experiences to move past, learning the skill of re-connection, even in the midst of conflict and differences is essential. This group provides a space to reach past what divides us and keeps us isolated and alone and offers practice caring together.
