FREE Basic Training for Singles and Couples

These classes are intended for singles and couples who want to enrich their relationship. Issues such as communication, intimacy, finances and fun are discuss. Dinner and Childcare are provided. Couples must attend all four classes. Space is limited to 10 couples. Please call to RSVP.

This group is for adolescent females ages 13-18 who are in high school. This group addresses self esteem concerns such as: body image, dating, hygiene, generational issues, parental relationship and images in the media of women. The group is 8 weeks long.

FREE Couples Communication Class

This group is for married couples who want to improve their communication skills. Couples receive booklets, mats, a catered dinner and Childcare. Classes meet weekly on four consecutive Fridays couples must attend all four weekly sessions in order to receive the books for free. Space is limited to 10 couples per month.
