“I believe psychotherapy is best viewed a process of forming a safe and trusting relationship in order to identify and change self-defeating patterns of behavior. My goal is to help my clients feel safe enough to explore these patterns and ultimately choose solutions that are adaptive and based on their personal values. While I feel that techniques are often helpful to the process of change, the relationship between psychotherapist and client takes ultimate priority and allows a person's full potential to be realized.

I offer individual psychotherapy as well as psychological and psycho educational assessments. My sessions are conducted from a psycho dynamic perspective and integrate cognitive and behavioral techniques to help foster change. Assessments of cognitive and personality functioning are also available.
