“It can be demoralizing to feel stuck in a situation or pattern that you can't seem to change on your own. But you don't have to give up on the change you seek. There is a benefit to having a listener/witness, but it is imperative to have a guide who actively helps you untangle the net you may feel caught in. My approach is direct and compassionate. I hold the therapeutic relationship sacred, creating safety and comfort while providing a gentle push forward. My work is effective in treating families, couples and individuals.

Through a process of revealing old injuries and the distorted beliefs (about life/relationships/self) that sprung from them, I help clients take a proactive role in creating new beliefs to move them forward. I use cognitive behavioral, Jungian, psychodynamic and family systems modalities, along with 12-Step principles.

Clients with prior therapy experience say that the work I do is above and beyond what they've experienced before. If you are interested in healing the relationship with yourself and/or with your partner, I can help you.”
