I am currently licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania, and have been providing therapeutic and support services for over a dozen years. In Erie, I own and operate Abundant Life Counseling Center. Here we offer a variety of psychology, psychiatry, and counseling options. We provide care to the tri-state area, and specialize in faith-based services. Most commonly I see people for marital and relational counseling, depression and anxiety, post-trauma issues, anger problems, eating disorders, spiritual issues, and overall personal and professional coaching.
I believe that people are a combination of spiritual, emotional, mental, relational, and physical components: all of which contribute to the over all health and well-being of the individual.
Therefore if one of those areas is affected, the whole person is. In treating and helping people, I will often consider each of these areas as important to becoming healthy, happy individuals.
