I work with individuals, couples, and families. Individually I work with adolescents and adults. My approach is evidence based, focuses on strengths, and uses positive psychology, cognitive/behavioral techniques, and language and systems thinking. With more than 25 yrs. of experience, I can adapt my style to your needs, drawing on my eclectic toolbox to help you achieve your goals. I also have training in working with trauma and have worked with military families both inside the military system, and now independently.

I especially like working with couples and we find ways to strengthen the marriage and recapture the fun, love, and passion of the relationship. Healing relational wounds and learning to find your strengths helps re-establish the intimacy and team-work both want.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. I'm also a Christian, if clients want it, can offer Christian counseling.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
