I have over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist and have experienced my own life challenges. My clients tell me that my gifts of compassion and listening, as well as the ability for knowing when to challenge them to dig deep, enabled them to grow into their best Self.

Along with "talk" therapy, I employ Reiki (hands-on energy work), EFT (tapping) and the Labyrinth as tools to assist you in your growth. Additionally,when appropriate, I introduce clients to the enriching and empowering gifts of groundwork with horses, known as equine facilitated psychotherapy (EFP).
