However, my main objective is to assist you in identifying patterns of behaviors that are at odds with achieving the changes you desire in your life. Over time, by exploring your unconscious motivations, you will improve coping with everyday life and will gain the freedom to make better choices.

I work with individuals and couples (straight/gay) who are faced with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, OCD, relationships-or the lack of them, grief & loss, eating disorders, chronic illness, life transition, trauma (sexual, physical, psychological abuse), and gay, lesbian and gender issues.
