My focus is on helping people understand thier patterns, where they get stuck and how to move forward. I use a gestalt, mindfulness, and transpersonal approach. My experience as a Life Coach, massage therapist, and energy worker has broadened my practice to include all aspects of healing to bring you through past truama, life stress and transitions. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to enrich life not just get through it.

I have studied Transpersonal Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, gestalt, Life Coaching, massage therapy, yoga, kinesiology,Reiki and have practiced in a variety of settings. I tailor the work we do to the specific needs of the client.
