“I often have clients tell me that I am the first therapist that understands their situation and helps them make the changes they need to make. I believe in providing you a safe and private place to explore your experiences. Each of us wants to be heard for who we truly are. I am an experienced therapist who is committed to assisting you understand yourself and grow. I help you work toward what might have seemed impossible and bring it forth. People I've worked with have described me as warm, enthusiastic and easy to talk to.

I help people with depression and anxiety or who have gone through difficult times. I work with people who are "stuck" and want to figure out what to do. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you find your path. Thank you for trusting me on your journey.

I incorporate a variety of creative approaches designed to bring out the best in you. Sometimes, I use DBT and EMDR. As a therapist, I often see parts of yourself that you may no longer see clearly. Groups: Divorce Care, Organize Your Life, DBT and 2010 Financial Freedom”
