Dr. Alice Clark

Life can be difficult, and all of us sometimes get stuck. Reaching out for the resources you need to make changes takes great courage. I have helped many people face these moments of stress and create meaning and clarity in their lives, even in the darkest of times. I specialize in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and eating disorders as well as work with the GLBTQ community. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma including: rape, traumatic loss/grief, car accidents, and childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect.

My approach is compassionate, holistic, actively collaborative, and goal-directed. In our first visit we will begin to understand your current challenges and how to move forward with grace. We will collaborate on how best to meet your unique needs while building on the strengths and wisdom you already have.

I bring a wealth of experience from 15+ years of practice and have found ways to integrate mindfulness, relational, cognitive-behavioral, mind-body and Internal Family Systems approaches. I would be happy to meet with you to see if I can help in your journey to greater ease and happiness.
