“I work well with people who have unsatisfying interpersonal relationships and/or feelings of failure of achievement. My approach is to identify causes of disturbing symptoms of anxiety, depression, self defeating behaviors, low self esteem, hopelessness, etc., and to restore personal potential.
I believe that many people have lost or never felt others as resources, and have unfortunately had to go it alone. Others have found friends and family are not enough. One meeting is usually sufficient to determine if therapy is necessary and if we can work together.
