Mr. Craig Holliday

Counselor , LPC , NBCC, MA

(970) 283-7838
I love to work together with individuals, groups and couples to awaken out of limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns, and emotional pain into a deeper and truer reflection of your own wonderful self. I offer and teach Mindfulness skills in a very concrete and practical way. These skills will empower you to live a life that you create skillfully. In addition, I offer deep somatic release work, through guided meditation to aid in releasing deep wounds, trauma and patterns. Many clients seek me out for this type of work. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call.
I have studied meditation, intensely with master teachers for over 20 years and have worked on and attended over 50 retreats and studied in India. Also I am the author of Fully Human Fully Divine Awakening to our Innate Beauty through Embracing our Humanity.
In addition to studying with my teacher, I have also studied with Adyashanti, Gangaji, and Eli Jaxon Bear. I am also, trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Nonviolent communication, Love and Logic parenting, Body Centered Psychotherapy, couples mediation, and victim offender dialogue. I meet with clients and offer Skype sessions.
