Mrs. Amber Kristin Helme

I love to help children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with family/relational issues, mood or anxiety issues, and trauma related problems. I feel strongly about the importance of helping clients find their own balance in life. I love to help individuals, couples and families find ways to make their homes a haven, their relationships fulfilling, and their life goals achievable.

I have a great deal of experience in working with family systems to identify dysfunction. I also have extensive background in helping trauma victims find peace following acute or chronic trauma. I find connection with children and adults in therapy to be rewarding.

I conduct my practice in a small, private setting where each individual is respected for their own specific needs. I love working in a small town right outside of two larger cities because the drive to therapy in the beautiful countryside can be as therapeutic as the session.
