I believe our naturally inherent state is intended to provide us with unlimited health and happiness: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This natural state can become unbalanced when our life and self perceptions are altered by negative experiences, distorted beliefs, and unconscious habits. Our symptoms can be: ill health, anxiety, feeling stuck, dissatisfied, hurt, overwhelmed, depressed, or confused about how to move forward in life. My passion and expertise is in helping you to identify, understand, and release the 'uniquely individual' emotional and mental blocks (perceptions, beliefs, behaviors) which prevent you from experiencing a full, rich, and satisfying life.

My preferred methods of Psychotherapy include: Somatic (healing the mind/body connection), Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic/Gestalt, Transpersonal and Meditation/Visualization/Relaxation techniques. I am deeply committed to the overall health of my clients, and I welcome the opportunity to coordinate my client's care with other health-care professionals.
