“I realize beginning therapy can be difficult and I strive to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Through the past several years I have been serving children, adolescents and adults in various therapeutic settings. I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor(CADC) and I have a Masters in Social Work (MSSW). I believe my professional experience, education and personal life experiences help me to be a caring and effective therapist.

I have felt privileged to work with so many different people during their times of struggle and change. Addictions, depression, anxiety, anger management and relationship issues are some of the areas in which I have the most experience.

I believe in focusing on the solution while exploring the problem and building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients so we may work together. I feel setting clear, realistic goals along with providing a safe, caring and supportive environment are essential to overcoming obstacles and uncovering personal strength in therapy.”
