If you find that you are stuck in a negative pattern of behavior or have thoughts that are affecting your life in a way that you feel non-productive or unhappy then therapy could help. Change can be difficult, but often necessary. It is important to note that change is only possible when an individual is truly motivated to make the effort to grow. Therapy is to provide a person with the empathy and encouragement to understand how to change a negative pattern.
As a life-coach, my responsibility is to find ways to motivate and encourage a person toward change when they have identified a particular behavior pattern that needs to change. With both, it is important to have a specific goal and objectives that both the therapist and client have agreed upon.
