As a therapist, I am committed to a standard of excellence in my therapeutic professional and ethical responsibilities. My mission is to promote the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual wellness of my clients - individual, couples and families. I maintain integrity and respect in my work with clients while being a compassionate and active listener, and a messenger of hope. I bring to my practice a background in the health sciences, a wealth of life experience, and ongoing continuing education that fine tunes my therapeutic skills. My clients arrive at positive solutions that bring them the clarity and peace that they seek.

I find that clients most often are dealing with issues of loss and change. We work to alleviate their distress and come to solutions for their depression, panic, anxiety, addictions, troubled/conflictual relationships. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I welcome work with couples and families, as well as inividuals.

I use therapeutic models that are easy for the client to understand and apply to their lives. Some of the sessions may be experiential during which clients gain insight into behaviors that are causing them emotional pain. I also employ Ericksonian hypnosis and trance work that enables clients to discover more within that promotes healing.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
