I have been in the mental health care profession for 20+ years and began counseling in 1997. I specialize in eating disorders and grief recovery, but also have many years of experience treating addiction, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and anger management. I treat males and females between the ages of 12 and 65 in individual, couples, and family therapy.
I began working with eating disorders in 1994 for the Rader Eating Disorder Program and later took a therapist position at Laureate in 1997 treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders. In 2007 I became a grief recovery specialist.
Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
