“It can be difficult to reach out for guidance but often those with little to no emotional connection to the situation can see it the most clearly. You've taken the first step by gathering information. Now let's sit down together and discuss what is important to you individually and in your relationships. Then we'll come up with a strategy to work through the challenges and find what it is you are looking to find.

My focus is on the relationship you have with yourself as well as those who surround you. I have worked with anxiety, grief, and depression among others but I believe focusing on relationships is the key to overcoming any of these challenges.

I take evening appointments from 5-9 PM. I accept Anthem & Humana insurances and private pay clients. My session fee is $90 per hour. In these cases, because insurance is not utilized no diagnosis is reported to any entity. My focus is on brief and solution focused treatment. I am glad to complete out of network paperwork.”
