Through Individual Counseling you can successfully improve problem areas in your life, from conflict in your relationship, to depression, anxiety, to feeling stuck. My approach is based on CBT, which provides you with an understanding of current behaviors and faulty thoughts and how to effectively correct them to make valuable changes.

I possess over 11 years experience, am bi-lingual and have diverse experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress and relationship related issues. I also work well with parents and their children to achieve a positive-parenting method that benefits and strengthens the relationship.”
