Dr. Angelica Perez-Litwin

Psychologist , PhD

(845) 202-1100
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience treating, counseling and empowering adults. Many of my clients are smart, driven individuals experiencing emotional distress associated with busy, stressful lives, work/career challenges, difficult relationships and life transitions (e.g., separation, divorce, loss). I specialize on depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, as well as poor self-worth and work/life balance issues.
My approach is relaxed and empowering. I skillfully combine a client-centered approach with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspectives, as well as solution-focused and life coaching strategies.
I am the Founder of ELLA Institute, a career and leadership institute. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University, and a PhD from Fordham University. Formerly held a Research Assistant Professor Faculty Appointment from New York University School of Medicine.
