“Personally I believe there are 3-4 instances in our life when we should seek outside help. As much as life throws at us at times, we really need to reach out during some of the difficult moments. Typcially, therapy is relatively brief; clients usually attend on the average of 8-10 sessions. I ask clients to complete homework and practice behavior changes in between sessions. Meeting personal goals starts by making small steps in the right direction. Appointments are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. Many times clients may initiate therapy because they are struggling with depressive symptoms, panic attacks or anxieties, problematic behaviors, anger issues, or overwhelming stress. Many of the couples or families that come are experiecing disconnect or chaos.
I always want my clients to keep an eye on the basics that help prevent on-going physical and mental health issues. Those basics are eating right, sleeping well, and exercising. Many of my clients see surprising results from becoming more assertive, more confident, and managing stress better.”
