As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I am able to help those that have multiple issues. It is a personal goal of mine to treat everyone with respect and dignity, to continuously improve my knowledge and skills as a therapist by attending ongoing educational opportunities, and to also keep up to date with the latest research.

With every client I strive to help them put the pieces of their life back together by providing a safe and comfortable environment. In getting to know each person, I try to show them what qualities that they have within to lead a productive life with purpose.

I am a Level 2 trained clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have been using EMDR since September 2009. EMDR is a highly researched method that is safe and effective in treating PTSD, as well as other disorders.
