In my psychotherapy practice I work with individual adults and help my clients overcome emotional distress resulting from depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life-changes and other issues.
I view psychotherapy as a creative process, through which a person discovers their hidden potential to heal, grow, and emerge. In my work, I focus on the transformative process and help people access their depths, and bring forth their inner strengths and abilities.
My integrative approach is beneficial for psychological healing as it honors the human being as a whole. My methods are eclectic, and I take into careful account each person's specific needs. Often I also use creative art techniques (i.e. painting, writing) along with psychodynamic and cognitive approaches.

Mindfulness/Meditation/Guided Imagery
In this class we use meditation, guided imagery, mindfulness training, and relaxation techniques to release tension, reduce stress, and relieve anxiety. This practice helps us let go of recurring negative thoughts and worries, increase awareness, and improve regulation of emotions.
