I work with adults, couples, and adolescents from a psychodynamic perspective focused on developing greater insight and self-awareness. My practice is part-time; I offer appointments during evening hours and limited times on weekends.
I have received advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I am also trained and experienced in practicing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy.
I have specialized training and several years experience in treating individuals who have experienced trauma and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. Through my work at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction I am familiar with the particular issues facing veterans and military families.
