“CHANGE YOUR THINKING, AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Navigating life can be difficult without the added stress of relationship or family problems, depression, anxiety, or addiction. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I will work with you to challenge and change nonproductive and ineffective thinking patterns and behaviors in order to achieve the change you are seeking to live a healthier, happier, more successful and balanced life. I work primarily with young women from pre-adolescence to young adult and women at all ages and stages of life. I also work with couples and families seeking healthier, happier and more fulfilling relationships.

I have an open and informal style that fosters comfort and safety to explore the challenging and difficult aspects of life. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, and also apply solution-focused and positive psychotherapy approaches to treatment. Simply put: change is possible, and there is hope.

I offer day, evening and Saturday appointments to fit your schedule, and emergency appointments are available. My office is easily accessed from I-15 and Highway 89, and is 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 15 minutes from Ogden.”
