I Believe that every person is unique and deserves an individualized treatment approach that fits their particular needs. We will work together to design a plan that addresses your personal concerns and supports you throughout your process. I use somatic therapies, Energy Psychology and other self-empowerment tools that will help you manage stress and anxiety and increase your self awareness. You will be supported in effectively identifying and addressing beliefs and behaviors that sabotage your efforts to make the changes you desire. You will be given the tools to find peace and freedom in your life and achieve your goals.

I work with depression, anxiety, self esteem, addictions, trauma, PTSD, and performance issues. I have extensive experience working with eating disorders and aftercare support following residential treatment. With the challenges that college students face, I also offer support to ease the stress and pressures one might be experiencing.

I am trained in EMDR and use this modality as well as somatic techniques. I also work with veterans who are experiencing combat stress/PTSD.
